Features
- Valve guides are precision-machined from cast iron or Ampco-45
- Compatible with no-lead fuel and accept any type of valve-stem material
- Ampco-45 guides provide maximum service with chromed valve stems
- 84-04 Big Twin/86-03 XL Ampco-45 applications are shouldered guides that accept .600” lift cams and use OEM style .420” seal
- 05-07 Twin Cam/04-08 XL guides feature a tapered nose design for maximum bearing service and minimal port obstruction; improves flow characteristics
- 05-07 Twin Cam/04-08 XL applications accept .600” lift cams; also supplied with a one-piece Viton® seal which locks onto a mechanical groove in the guide
