8MM BELT DRIVES WITH QUIET CLUTCH SYSTEM
Features
- 1 1/2” and 1 5/8” kits include front pulley, belt, clutch hub, clutch basket and Kevlar® clutch set (consists of two half plates, four full plates and five steel drive plates)
- Direct bolt-in applications
- 3” electric start kits include front pulley, belt, clutch hub and clutch basket and Kevlar® clutch set (consists of two half plates, four full plates and five steel drive plates), 6061 T-6 billet motor plate, outside guard and polished pulley cover
- All systems now come with the Quiet Clutch system
- Precision-machined, polished aluminum pressure plate uses nine springs and shoulder bolts to ensure even spring pressure (included in kit)
- Rear pulley has a 40mm, double-row bearing with an inner stress-proof steel clutch hub to support the clutch
- Tested by running a 125 hp bike through hundreds of holeshots; outstanding results included no failures or broken belts
- Replacement components available separately
