- Hinged so plate folds into any of three positions: forward, backward or straight out 90° to bike’s frame
- Ball-milled groove design matches the Ness product line and other custom accessories
- Plate assemblies come with license frame and hardware and are available in two different styles with right or left mounting capabilities
- Mounts are designed to work on either side
- Made in the U.S.A.
